Scope

This notice describes how Mindil Advisory Services Pty Ltd (ACN 688 361 533) handles personal information in relation to the mindil.net website and direct correspondence with the practice. It does not cover independent products published by the practice — notably AryaWealth, which has its own privacy policy available within the application and at aryawealth.ai.

Information this website collects

The mindil.net website is a static site hosted by a third-party provider. The site does not set cookies, does not run analytics scripts, and does not ask visitors to submit any information directly.

The hosting provider may record standard server logs for operational and security purposes, including IP addresses, request timestamps, pages requested, and user-agent strings. These logs are retained by the hosting provider according to their own retention policies and are not combined with any other personal information by Mindil Advisory Services.

Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service when a visitor views the site. The font service may log IP addresses as part of delivering the fonts. This is standard behaviour for the service and is not used by Mindil Advisory Services for any purpose.

Information received by email

When a visitor sends an email to an address associated with the practice (including services@mindil.net), the content of the email and any information it contains is received and stored by the practice's email provider. Emails are retained for the duration reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry and to maintain records of professional correspondence. Emails are not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Information collected in engagements

Contract engagements with clients of the practice are governed by the engagement contract, client confidentiality agreements, and applicable professional obligations. This notice does not describe how information is handled during paid engagements; those obligations are set out in the engagement-specific arrangements.

Your rights

If you have sent correspondence to the practice and would like a copy of the information held, or would like it deleted, please contact the address below. Because the volume of correspondence is small and is held only for legitimate operational purposes, such requests can usually be actioned within a reasonable period.
